Because each piece is made to order, I always confirm all details with you personally before your order is finalized.

Do you have a showroom?

I’m a small woodworking business based out of my garage here in McAllen.
While I don’t have a traditional showroom, I can send photos and videos of current projects anytime. In some cases, I can arrange a quick in-person look depending on my schedule.

Need help deciding on style, size, wood, or finish?

I’m happy to help!
If you send me pictures of your space or inspiration photos, I can guide you through the best options for your room and budget.

What are your lead times?

Typical lead time is 4–6 weeks once the deposit is received.
This may vary slightly depending on the number of orders in progress.

How do payments work?

All custom orders require:

● 50% deposit to begin your project

● 50% due upon completion (before pickup or delivery)

Accepted payments: Cash, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, credit/debit.

Please note: Deposits are non-refundable, since lumber and materials are purchased
specifically for your order.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes — I offer local delivery for an additional fee.
Pickup is also available once your order is completed.

Will my table look exactly like the photos online?

Because I use solid hardwood, every board has its own natural grain and character.
This means:

● Grain patterns will vary

● Stain colors may absorb differently

● Wood can naturally move slightly over time due to humidity

These variations are normal and part of the beauty of handcrafted furniture.

Can I make changes after placing an order?

Yes — changes can be made within 48 hours of ordering.
After that, materials may already be purchased or work may have started.

All special requests (finish color, chair selection, distressing level, etc.) must be written in the estimate or order notes to avoid any miscommunication.

Is there a warranty?

I warranty all structural or manufacturing defects, such as loose joints or issues with the
build.

The warranty does not cover:

● Water rings or spills

● Scratches, dents, or accidental damage

● Warping or cracking caused by humidity

● Damage from heat, chemicals, or misuse

Do you offer rush orders?

Possibly — it depends on my build schedule.
Rush fees vary depending on your deadline.
