At JAC Woodwork, we believe good craftsmanship means standing behind what we build.
We also know ordering custom furniture online can feel a little intimidating — so here’s our promise to you:
1. If your piece isn’t built in the color, size, or style you ordered, we’ll fix it or replace it.
2. If your furniture arrives damaged, we’ll fix it or replace it.
3. If your table ever cracks or splits under normal use, we’ll fix it or replace it.
That’s the JAC Woodwork Promise — our word to you for as long as you own your piece.
We’re a small, family-run shop here in Texas — not a big company with call centers or layers of policies. When you order from us, you’re dealing directly with the same people who build your table.
