Refund & Return Policy
Custom, Made-to-Order Products
All furniture pieces are handcrafted and built to order based on the client’s selected dimensions, materials, finishes, and design specifications. Because each item is custom-made specifically for the client, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom orders.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your production slot and initiate material procurement.
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to change of mind, project delay, relocation, or financial hardship.
Deposits compensate for design time, administrative work, scheduling, and material allocation.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the order and prior to delivery or release of the item.
No product will be delivered, shipped, or released until full payment has been received and cleared.
Failure to remit final payment within 7 calendar days of completion notice may result in storage fees and/or forfeiture of deposit at our discretion.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Any changes to size, wood species, finish color, base style, or design details must be approved in writing before production begins.
Once production has started, modifications may not be possible and may incur additional charges.
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Natural Wood Disclaimer
Our furniture is crafted from solid hardwood. Natural variations in grain pattern, texture, knots, mineral streaks, and color tone are inherent characteristics of real wood and are not considered defects.
Seasonal wood movement, expansion, or contraction due to environmental conditions (humidity, temperature, or climate changes) is normal and not grounds for refund, return, or claim.
Delivery & Inspection
Clients (or their designated representative) are responsible for inspecting the item at the time of delivery.
By accepting delivery, the client acknowledges that the product meets the agreed-upon specifications.
Any claims regarding damage caused during transportation must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to repair or correction of verified workmanship defects at our discretion.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or third-party expenses.
