At JAC Woodwork, every table and piece we build is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. In the rare event that your order is built inaccurately or has a defect as defined by our cosmetic standards, we’ll make it right by repairing or replacing the piece.

Our furniture is made from solid hardwood and finished by hand, giving each item its own natural character. Variations in grain, color, texture, and other handmade details are part of the beauty of custom wood furniture — and not considered defects.

We also stand behind our shipping process. If your order arrives damaged, please note it upon delivery per our instructions, and we’ll replace or repair the item.

Because each piece is custom built to order, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds due to buyer’s remorse.
